I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and as such abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice. My approach is person-centred, in that I believe people have within themselves an ability to know what is troubling them and what is best for them. Since 2002 my counselling experience has included counselling with Cruse Bereavement Care, working with young people experiencing relationship and/or problems related to drug and alcohol misuse, and working with families with young children.
